Bob Blonchek is the owner and principal of Stravora Consulting. Bob is a market and product strategist offering a combination of business acumen and technology expertise. He has 20+ years of experience in software and information technology, and has successfully grown two start-up businesses. He is also the author of Act Like An Owner: Building an Ownership Culture, published by John Wiley and Sons, that introduced the concept of an “internal franchise” to the entrepreneur community.

The name Stravora derives from a combination of the word “strategy” and a derivation of the word “job” in Italian. It highlights my belief in the power of  disruptive innovation principles. My experience shows that looking strategically at the jobs that target buyers are trying to get done is the most effective way to turn interesting technology into breakthrough products and viable businesses.
